The Administrator of the Mo Mo Network does not get involved in transactions. The Senders must contact each other to conduct their own due diligence.
Senders must also engage in the following optional best practices to minimise risks.
- Request a copy of the other Sender's national ID prior to the meeting to hand over money.
- Arrange to meet in a busy, pubic place with CCTV camera coverage.
- Do a video call during the transaction for facial recognition of all Senders and Receivers.
- Check reviews of the Sender on the Mo Mo platform.
